Massage during pregnancy and postpartum may help reduce swelling and support healthy circulation, ease fatigue, encourage deeper rest, regulate stress and emotions, and support overall mental and emotional well-being. Each session incorporates soothing heat therapy, circulation-boosting techniques, and focused attention on areas that often carry the most strain — such as the back, hips, legs, and feet. Custom aromatherapy and a weighted eye mask further encourage relaxation, nervous system regulation, and restorative rest.
For those who are open to it, baby time may also be included — gentle, rhythmic strokes and light tapping around the belly to encourage relaxation, bonding, and connection for both of you, always offered with care, consent, and intention. Every session is fully customized with supportive positioning, bolstering, and pacing to ensure comfort throughout.

Information regarding pregnancy considerations, potential risks, and care modifications is reviewed in your intake form, which must be completed prior to your session. By signing the intake, you acknowledge that you understand these considerations and choose to proceed with informed consent.
I reserve the right to postpone or decline a session if, at any time, I feel that massage is not appropriate or falls outside my scope of practice. Your safety and well-being are always my highest priority.
Once beyond the first trimester, prenatal massage is typically considered safe and beneficial, often helping to ease tension, support circulation, promote deeper rest, and improve overall comfort. Positioning, pressure, and areas of focus are always thoughtfully adjusted to ensure comfort and safety throughout your session.
